  1. Definition

Return guarantee value-added service refers to the paid guarantee value-added service provided by portableclosetshop.com to customers, which aims to improve customers’ shopping experience on e-commerce platforms/independent stations due to unreasonable returns and to follow platform rules and/or legal regulations .

  1. Applicable scenarios

This service is applicable to situations where consumers refuse to accept or apply for return due to non-product quality reasons. Non-product quality reasons include:

(1) End consumers do not need or dislike the product due to personal subjective reasons;
(2) The end consumer is dissatisfied with the size, material, color, etc. of the goods received.

Information required to apply for compensation:

a. Screenshots of communication records between consumers and portableclosetshop.com staff;
b. The consumer provides a certificate that can prove the relevant information of the returned package;
c. A screenshot of the consumer’s order refund on the portableclosetshop.com platform.

Exemption situation

Commodities participating in the return protection value-added service will not be compensated under the following circumstances:

(1) deliberate fraud or false claims by consumers;
(2) Returns caused by consumers placing wrong orders or filling in wrong receiving information;
(3) The absolute value of the same order amount is greater than $30. (Subsequent adjustments will be made according to the actual business situation, please pay attention to the announcement on the portableclosetshop.com platform)

  1. Claims process

(1) Consumers return the goods to the designated return address of portableclosetshop.com:

a. The return package must include all original packaging, accessories, instructions, etc.;
b. The goods in the package should be consistent with the original order and intact.

(2) The consumer initiates a claim application to portableclosetshop.com:

a. Consumers should initiate a claim application to portableclosetshop.com within the validity period of the claim;
b. Provide all the information stipulated in Article 4 (3) of the rules, and the relevant information of the return package should be provided within 7 natural days after the return package is sent, and no later than 2 working days after delivery;
c. The information submitted by consumers should be consistent with the order information of portableclosetshop.com, true, complete and valid.

(3) portableclosetshop.com review:

a. If there is doubt about the submitted information, the consumer is required to resubmit or supplement the information;
b. If it is found that the submitted information does not match the order information or is false, the application for compensation will be rejected;
c. If the goods in the returned package do not match the original order or are damaged, the claim for compensation will be rejected.

(4) Compensation will be made in a timely manner after the review is approved and the return package is properly delivered to the designated return address.
